Once payment has been successfully processed, goldskins.store kicks off the transfer of Your purchased item(s) to the Steam account corresponding to the Trade URL You provided — without any delay on our end. Under typical conditions, delivery lands within a few hours. However, it is worth noting that in sporadic cases, factors inherent to the Steam platform — most notably trade holds and security restrictions — may cause the transfer to take up to 10 (ten) business days; this is an atypical situation and not reflective of the standard delivery timeframe.
goldskins.store shall not be held responsible for any delivery delays resulting from:
- Steam platform unavailability, maintenance, or trade-related constraints;
- Trade holds or security restrictions tied to Your Steam account;
- An incorrect, invalid, or expired Steam Trade URL supplied by You at the time of ordering.
Before placing Your order, You are expected to ensure that Your Steam Trade URL is active and that Your account has no restrictions preventing it from receiving trades. All digital item transactions are final once fulfilled. Should delivery not be completed within the period described above, a refund request may be taken under consideration by goldskins.store at its sole discretion, on a per-case basis.
